Asa is a business-minded legal thinker who focuses his energy on advising and guiding early-stage startups on myriad issues regarding intellectual property, business governance, and entity formation. He has experience in working both the private and public sector in both business and legal roles. He has a passion for learning new topics, meeting new people, and helping drive value to organizations and inspire individuals. He aims to support his local community, his wife, and his two children, Ada, who suffers from Gould Syndrome, and his rambunctious son, Parrish. When not working, he loves playing with his kids, golf, and traveling.
